Shipping and returns

Shipping-

Standard domestic shipping should take 1-5 business days and express 1-3 business days. Items are usually shipped the same or next day. All orders will be shipped in compostable packaging.

International shipping is rated by weight and varies for each region. 
NZ shipping: standard- 5-10 business days. 
UK shipping: standard- 6-10 business days.  
US shipping: standard- 6-10 business days.  
CA shipping: standard- 9-12 business days.

​​Returns-

If by chance you receive the item and change your mind, unfortunately we will not exchange, refund or credit you. We strongly advise that you thoroughly read item descriptions and the measurements provided. 
If you receive an item and it has a fault that was not described, please get in contact with us with photos and a description of the fault and we will organise to solve the issue. 

Vintage clothing is unique

Each piece has a story and has lived multiple lives and sometimes that shows on the garment. Although we try our best to describe the item in detail and point out flaws if we see any, please never expect an item to be in brand new condition as you would expect from fast fashion retailers. There may be a little thread pulling here and there, or a scuff mark on the bum.. or maybe some slight discolouration, but this is what makes the item SPECIAL! We certainly don't believe in advertising a garment as immaculate if you're going to receive it and it be un-wearable because of a flaw we 'forgot to tell you about' but we will do our best to inform you about every detail. 

​As for the hand-made and hand altered garments available.

Please note that these items are slowly crafted in a small space made with actual human hands! No two items are the same.. using whatever recycled materials that are available to at the time means different coloured zippers, different lengths and widths, threads, buttons and whatever else is used in the process. All hand-made garments are listed as individual items in each different size or colour and are described as best possible with measurements to ensure you know exactly what should arrive in the mail.

NOTE- we offer FREE repairs on items made in house and on some vintage items purchased from us. Please get in contact with photos and a description of the fault and if deemed eligible we will happily repair the item free of charge, just pay shipping for item to be returned. We will not repair an item if we believe fault to be un-fixable.
